Sauna and Steam Bath

Known since antiquity, Finnish sauna, together with its soft aroma of oak, gives a real pleasure, and has a relaxing and restorative effect on stressed body. Following by a cold shower, the procedure has a refreshing effect on the loaded and fatigued body. The skin becomes soft and toned by dissolving pores and absorbing the scent of the essential oils. Dry and hot air is between 80 and 100°C. Health benefits include losing weight, cleansing the body of toxins, lowering cholesterol, relieving the symptoms of arthritis and treating respiratory problems like bronchitis and laryngitis.

Steam bath, also known as Turkish hamam, is an ancient Eastern procedure. The temperature is about 40°C and humidity level of around 100%. The warm steam helps unblock and purify the pores. It has very good effect on blood circulation, resulting in clean, nourished and rejuvenated skin. Steam bath has a therapeutic effect on the central nervous system, and if combined with natural aromatic oils, brings a better relaxing and refreshing effect. Hot steam reduces muscle tension, promoting feelings of relaxation and well-being.
